Terms and conditions of use of the Spigos website and games

The stipulations on this website always apply for use of the Spigo website.

The stipulations can be changed without warning and the most recent stipulations always apply.

The stipulations must be accepted when creating a profile at Spigo, but also for all use of the Spigo website in general.

User

When creating a profile, all information must be correct, whenever it's required.

If another person's email is entered when creating a profile, this will immediately be reported to the police with information about IP address and time of the violation.

Spigo reserves the right to send out newsletters per email.

Any legal person may only have one active profile at Spigo and there can only be one active user at Spigo per legal person. In other words, it is not permitted to have more active profiles or to share profiles at Spigo.

Spigo can delete a user's profile without warning, if the stipulations are not complied with. This decision lies in the sole discretion of Spigo.

Profile

The photos that are saved on the Spigo website in connection with a profile may not be pornographic, unsober or offensive in general.

With regard to profile photos, the photo must be of the person who has registered at Spigo. It has to be a (fairly) new and lifelike portrait photo without too much wasted space.

Spigos reserves the right to highlight profiles. E.g. when the profile's owner has a birthday.

Games

Spigo disclaims responsibility for mistakes, errors and defects of any nature that the games and/or the homepage may/have caused. All use of the homepage and the games is at one's own risk.

However, Spigo will always attempt to correct errors and defects and listen to the users' criticism and wishes for improvements.

It is not permitted to make use of electronic or mechanical tools that in any way, directly or indirectly, automate or in any other way substitute that the user plays. If there is sufficient suspision of violation of this, the violation will be reported to the police immediately and further legal action will be initiated to the extent that Spigo finds necessary.

Winnings

Winnings won on the Spigo website are transferred directly to the user's bank account. To receive his/her winnings, the user therefore has to have a bank account and be willing to disclose the account number. This information is sent encrypted and is not saved, if the user does not permit this.

Winnings have to be withdrawn within one year from the winning date, or you lose the right to withdraw them. However you can use them at any time to purchase products in the payment centre.

The email entered by the user is employed to contact the user in connection with achieved winnings.

Communication on Spigo

It is not allowed to advertise, sell things or have content which can be offensive to others in your profile. This rule is also applicable to all other places where you can write text for other users to see.
