Spigo develops and runs the website Spigo.dk and its sister sites in Europe and the USA. To be able to live up to the company's own objective of high quality, all software is developed by the company itself. Furthermore, the web site is run by the company itself and the parent companies behind it.

Behind the company are the group Freeway ApS and the holding company KAU Holding ApS, each with an equally distributed block of shares. The day-to-day management of the company is handled by co-founder and sole shareholder of KAU Holding, Kasper Kau, in concert with the shareholders of the company.
